I achieved a First Class Honours degree in Architectural Glass/Applied Arts at NEWI in 2006 and became a fully qualified teacher after completing my PGCE at Liverpool John Moores University in 2009. During my five years as an art teacher, I taught in both secondary and further education settings. I have also worked as an artist-in-residence in schools, hospitals, and community groups, developing workshops and creating collaborative artworks with participants of all ages and abilities.
